How it Works?
You will be sent a food diary and a health and lifestyle questionnaire for you to complete prior to your initial consultation. This allows us to explore your general health and lifestyle factors, and your current training programme. This provides a detailed picture in preparation for your first consultation. Once you have sent this back to us we can proceed with booking the next step.
Your initial consultation will take place over video or telephone call, (whichever you prefer), and the session usually lasts around one hour. We will discuss your food diary and health and lifestyle questionnaire in further detail to identify different factors to ensure that your new plan will be tailored especially for you and that it will compliment your training routine.
After your initial consultation, you will be sent a personalised diet plan that compliments your training routine to help you achieve your fitness goals. Follow-up sessions via video or telephone call are also available if required and typically last around 45-minutes. We have found that clients get the best results from weekly or fortnightly calls but we work around you. We will continue to unravel your day-to-day challenges and work together to resolve them. Between session activities and resources will be provided and on-going support is on hand via email or text throughout.
