How it Works?
If you would like to work together, you will be sent a food diary and a health and lifestyle questionnaire for you to complete prior to your initial consultation. This allows us to explore your general health and lifestyle factors (such as sleep, stress and movement) providing us with a detailed picture in preparation for your first consultation. Once you have sent this back to us we can proceed with booking the next step.
Your initial consultation will take place over video or telephone call, (whichever you prefer), and the session usually lasts around one hour. We will explore your food diary and health and lifestyle questionnaire in great detail and discuss your relationship with food. This will allow us to identify what factors might be holding you back and understand what you are hoping to get out of working together.
Follow-up sessions are via video or telephone call and typically last around 45-minutes. We have found that clients get the best results from weekly or fortnightly calls but we work around you. We will continue to unravel your day-to-day challenges and work together to resolve them. Between session activities and resources will be provided and on-going support is on hand via email or text throughout. Packages and pay as you go options available.
